Coach Clinton Orr is the founder and head coach of AZ Elite, where he brings real passion and high-energy leadership to youth flag football development. A former collegiate football and track athlete, Clinton built his foundation on speed, discipline, and competing at a high level.
After his playing career, he continued pushing his craft by training and working alongside NFL-level programs, gaining firsthand experience with elite performance standards. Today, he channels everything he’s learned into coaching young athletes—focusing not just on skills and athleticism, but on confidence, effort, and becoming better teammates and people.
For him, it’s bigger than football—it’s about helping kids grow, compete, and believe in what they’re capable of.
